[We regret that Aer Lingus is no longer flying out of BWI airport. For those in the Annapolis, and surrounding areas we will be offering the option of round trip transportation via motor coach from the BWI Amtrak Station to JFK airport. Parking is available at the Amtrak station in an adjacent covered garage Once the details are confirmed we will let you know the cost.

For those who do not wish to take advantage of this offer, or for those coming from out of state, we will announce a gathering place for all to meet and check in at JFK airport.

Payments

A $200 deposit per person is required to reserve your space.

The initial deposit must be in the form of a check or money order. Credit Cards will be accepted for the final payment only. If you would like the Travel Protection Plan, the $109 must be sent with your initial deposit. Please make checks payable to CIE and send to Them Eastport Oyster Boys, 521 Second Street, Annapolis, MD 21403.

Guaranteed Rates: Please be advised that the rate quoted is guaranteed for the next 12 people signed up. While we may be able to accommodate additional people, this rate is not guaranteed those over the 12 mark.. So sign up and get your reservation in early!!

Important Dates and Deadlines

Due now: Deposit of $200 per person to reserve your space; Optional Travel Protection Plan ($109) must be paid with initial deposit. Checks or money orders only. (make payable to CIE Tours)
Due August 22: Final Balance; Credit Cards accepted for final payment along with the following information: Name, Billing Address, Billing Phone, Card, Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code (number on back)

Cancellation and Penalties

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Cancellations received:
Between now and August 22: $15 fee
August 23 - October 21 (64 – 21 days prior to departure) 25% land price
October 6 - October 19 (20 - 8 days before departure) 35% land price
Oct 19 – 25 (7 - 1 day prior to departure) 50% land price
October 26 (Day of departure/No Show) – 100% land price
Important: Airfares are non-refundable after August 22.

Remember, CIE offers an exceptional Travel Protection Plan to protect you from unforeseen circumstances. Please review this plan. It covers numerous situations from cancellations to incidents that may occur while overseas. It is well worth your while to purchase this plan.

Proof of Citizenship

All travelers must carry a valid passport. Those denied boarding or entry into Ireland due to inadequate documentation are not entitled to a refund.

Tickets and necessary paperwork will be forwarded to all passengers approximately 2 – 3 weeks prior to departure.
