Payments
A $200 deposit per person is required to reserve your space. The initial deposit must be in the form of a check or money order. Credit Cards will be accepted for the final payment only. If you would like the Travel Protection Plan, the $119 must be sent with your initial deposit. Guaranteed Rates
Rate quoted is guaranteed for the first 30 people signed up. While we will certainly try to accommodate additional people, this rate is not guaranteed those over the 30 mark. So sign up and get your reservation in early!! Conversely, rates are based on a minimum number of travelers in our group (30) and may be adjusted if the numbers drop below that.
Important Dates & Deadlines
Due now: Deposit of $200 per person to reserve your space -- Note: Deposit must be received by December 10 to guarantee quoted price; Optional Travel Protection Plan ($119) must be paid with initial deposit. Checks or money orders only. (Make payable to CIE Tours.)
January 17, 2007: Final Balance Due; Credit Cards accepted for final payment along with the following information: Name, Billing Address, Billing Phone, Card, Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code (number on back)
Cancellation & Penalties
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations received
- Between now and December 14: $15 cancellation fee
- December 15 – January 17 (99 – 65 days before departure) Lose $200 deposit
- January 18 – March 3 (64 – 21 days prior to departure) 25% land price + 100% Airfare
- March 4 – March 16 (20 - 8 days before departure) 35% land price + 100% Airfare
- March 17 – March 23 (7 - 1 day prior to departure) 50% land price + 100% Airfare
- March 24 (Day of departure/No Show) – 100% land price + 100% Airfare
Important: Airfares are non-refundable after January 17, 2007.
Proof of Citizenship
All travelers must carry a valid passport. Those denied boarding or entry into Ireland due to inadequate documentation are not entitled to a refund.
Tickets and necessary paperwork will be forwarded to all passengers approximately 2 – 3 weeks prior to departure.
